Anvic Farms was founded by Victor Paquette and his family. In 2006, we had our first 3 cows, Vity, Gency and Kaity. For the past 17 years, we have been raising great tasting, sustainable, local beef. We have a mix of Charolais, Limousine, Gelbvieh cattle, as well as one Canadienne.
